Onward and Upward Academy is a non-profit (501c3) youth mentoring organization for youth males (6th-12th grade; 11-18 years old) that provide several programs, services and experiences that has been bringing change into the everyday lives of youth through mentorship since 2007.  Mentorship is powerful, impactful and a must have for everyone.  It’s rewarding, fun and inspirational.  In addition, some of the other services we provide include character and leadership development, spiritual enrichment and enhancement, education, academic tutoring and mentoring, career development, career exploration, cultural diversity and life experience.  We focus on developing leaders, promoting organizational bonding and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for the community.
